  4. How long does the class take? Anywhere from 1 - 2 hours... great material: time passes quickly.
  5. What is the subject matter? The Home Buying Process. Financing. Strategy. Terms. The Market. We have a long list of previous questions the other buyers have asked. We cover everything.
  6. Can you recommend a lender? We can recommend a number of great lenders.
  7. Can you show us how to save money on financing, closing costs, and appliances? We'll help you save lots of money.
  8. Can you help us determine how much house we can afford? Although a lender would be happy to do that -we can do that too.
  9. Can you help us find a home? Yes but our first goal is to meet your informational needs. Once you are ready to look for a house we will be happy to help you find a Realtor who is best suited to you and your needs.
  10. How do you get paid? We are Exclusive Buyers Brokers. Our fees come from the seller's proceeds when they close their sales.
  11. Do you represent sellers? We do not. It is a conflict of interest to try and help our buyer against our seller. Dual Agency is discussed in detail.
